I actually think it is best to take charge of your treatment with this guy because otherwise he'll just keep you coasting on his standard protocol and you might need something different. When I asked him about DHEA he had never heard of it but pulled up a couple of pubmed articles during the consultation. I'd give it a try. Maybe it is the elusive silver bullet. :-)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2145084082738588532.post-29199476274558246892009-05-07T09:58:00.000-04:002009-05-07T09:58:00.000-04:00It may or may not be the right option for you, as ...It may or may not be the right option for you, as Penny said. It's definitely easier on the body as far as mood swings and side effects go, although it gives you one hell of a nasty period if it doesn't work.

Anyway, I would think this is not a good option for you either, since it seems to take high doses of clomid to get you to ovulate anyway. Femara doesn't have the big guns that clomid can in that regard. The off label thing is unfortunate I think, since for some women femara is a reasonable option. Consequently many doctors do not even consider it, though they should.Pennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02864909952004392637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2145084082738588532.post-77273035006850620812009-05-07T08:25:00.000-04:002009-05-07T08:25:00.000-04:00I definitely would ask.
