Screa...I had night terrors as a child, every night. Screaming bloody murder night terrors. My mom started telling me that when I was asleep, if I started to get scared to just say "wake up, wake up, wake up" and told me that when you know it's a dream you can do whatever you want. It helped tremendously, I'm now a lucid dreamer and my night terrors never progress past those first few scary moments. I haven't had a full one since I was six or so. V might be a little young to get the hang of it completely, but it can't hurt to try! Poor little babe, night terrors are definitely the worst. Hoping they are a fleeting thing for him!
